Accelerated Appraisal was started by Phil McDonald in
1998. Phil holds a Certified General Appraiser license in Colorado,
Washington ,and Wyoming. Phil completed his undergraduate
education at Western Illinois
University, and has been awarded the Bachelor of Arts Degree. He has
completed graduate studies in real estate valuation at the University of Denver
in the Master of Science in Real
Estate and Construction Management program.
Born in Colorado and raised in the Northwest, Phil has been appraising commercial properties in the
Northwest and Rocky Mountain Region for over a decade and has extensive experience with all
property types.
Phil has also completed additional education in real estate
and development with the finest real estate organizations in the country, including the Urban Land
Institute, Appraisal Institute and National Association of Independent Fee
Appraisers.
